Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Law

Dying without a Will can cause great difficulties for relatives. Without a Will, everything that you own at the time of your death may not automatically go to your partner or the person you intend to inherit. This leaves that person vulnerable. We can assist you in avoiding such difficulties by discussing your needs and preparing (and updating) a Will. We can also assist you and represent you in matters relating to disputes in relation to Wills and Probate generally. We can offer expert advice in relation to the obtaining of a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration. Alternatively, we can deal with a complete application on your behalf.

Purchase or Sale of Businesses

Whether you are purchasing or selling an established business, it is vital to seek proper legal advice. Di Lizio & Associates can assist you in every step of the transaction. Our extensive experience means that we can provide clear and practical advice on your rights and obligations in relation to the Contract for Sale of Business. Our key aims are to explain the effect of the contract to you and guide you through the sale and purchase process until the matter is concluded.
